Moraine House is a partner agency of the United Way of Porter County.  United Way of Porter County supports a coordinated network of health and human service programs in partnership with Porter County nonprofits.




Moraine House is a coalition member of the Porter County Substance Abuse Council. PCSAC's goal is to reduce the incidence of substance abuse in Porter County. 



Moraine House works in partnership with Recovery Works of Merrillville to provide high quality treatment services to addicted individuals in a safe, caring, and confidential environment using the most effective treatment methods available and where the whole person is treated, not just the addiction.



Located in Lowell, Indiana, Heartland Recovery Center offers treatment for Addiction, Alcohol Abuse and Drug Abuse. Our dedicated team of addiction specialists have one main goal in mind – to help addicts beat the cycle of addiction once and for all. 
Our mission is to create a unique and tailored environment that connects our clients to a path of recovery. In addition, we help to connect and rebuild families.

Tracy Traut, MSCC is a therapist in Valparaiso who specializes in providing counseling services to individuals, families and groups.  Tracy provides individual counseling to clients at the Moraine House.





Therapy Works is the counseling center within Housing Opportunities of Valparaiso. Housing Opportunities is a HUD-approved and state-certified housing non-profit agency that serves Northwest Indiana. Therapy Works provides group counseling at the Moraine House.




Moraine House works in conjunction with Porter Starke to perform client assessments for the Recovery Works program.

Recovery Connection exists to provide resources and support for addicted persons or persons in recovery from addiction, as well as their families, friends and support members. We use evidence-based practices and trained staff, interns, and community volunteers to provide answers to anyone seeking assistance in their recovery process.
